About The Society
The Spine Society of West Bengal has been formed with the active participation of eminent spine surgeons of West Bengal and Kolkata with patronage from eminent international spine surgeons as a non political centre to create awareness of various nature for the benefit of the public, provide training to orthopedic and neurosurgeons who wish to update or learn various aspects of spine surgery, conduct courses, seminars and workshops to spread the knowledge and awareness of spine surgery among doctor or specialists and increase public awareness of various aspects of spinal problems affecting the society at large. Though it is based in Kolkata, the Society may work in any part of India as shall be decided by the Executive Committee.
