Medical registration certificate from any State Medical Council or National Medical Council. Post graduation Degree, Diploma in the subject or Orthopaedic surgery( MS ortho/ DNB ortho/ D Ortho/ FRCS). And/ Or A post doctoral ( mch/DNB in neurosurgery) degree in neurosurgery.
In case of more than scaned copy or file, all of them should be converted in one single pdf file and then uploaded
